We had a very good stay at this campsite. All the staff were pleasant, smiling and professional. We were in the caravan area on a fairly large pitch, in the shade as we had requested and the water point on the pitch is really a plus. There were plenty of quality activities on offer for both children and adults. The toilets were cleaned regularly. And I have to say that the environment is peaceful and quiet and people were respectful.

A perfect family holiday. A welcoming campsite, staff who listen, smile and care, from the entertainment team, reception and restaurant staff to the security staff, everyone always has a friendly word to say.
Whether you’re looking for a dynamic holiday with all the entertainment and great shows put on by the entertainers, or a calmer one with moments of peace and quiet, this is the right place.
An ideal location close to the lake, perhaps lacking just a little green space next to the mobile home. Mobile home in perfect condition, large bathroom and great holiday facilities. Thank you to the whole team at Au Lac de Biscarrosse.

We’d like to congratulate all the young people in the entertainment team who entertained us, made us laugh and gave us a great holiday. Thank you to Balou, Jérémy, Coco, Pep’s, Charlotte, Marine, Céline and Théo for all your hard work, which must have been colossal.
However, we would have liked the shows/entertainments to finish later, around midnight. Swimming pool top notch, nothing to say. We’ll be back without any hesitation.

This was our first stay at the campsite and we really enjoyed it. The Ciela bungalows are simple but very functional. The pitches are shady and well spaced out.
The aquatic area is very pleasant, perfect for children and adults alike.
The entertainment team is top notch!

The pool area is great, as are all the facilities. Our children loved it. Nothing to say about the cleanliness of the accommodation or communal areas. Don’t change a thing and keep up the high standards. We will return to one of the Ciela Village establishments.

The mobile home is clean, the staff are attentive and immediately available. The snack bar, restaurant and grocery shop are super pleasant! The swimming pool and waterslide are great fun!
Direct access to the lake from the campsite, which is magnificent and perfect for relaxing.
Don’t hesitate to take part in the free activities on offer on their site. I’d like to congratulate the entertainers Balou, Jimmy and the DJ Tim for their joie de vivre and their hard work in making our stay more enjoyable. I would advise you to stop thinking and book straight away.

Top campsite, friendly staff, large, comfortable, well-equipped and clean mobile home. We came with a baby and a dog and were very well received. We were provided with a baby kit (bed, high chair and bath): it’s a real bonus not to have to bring these things from home. I really recommend it.
