Terra Aventura, an original imaginary world
The idea behind Terra Aventura is toexplore different corners of the region in search of the Poï’z, dynamic little characters whose role is to help preserve the local heritage, its cultural and natural gems. It’s all about solving riddles by putting together clues hidden all over the countryside with the Poï’z. Your kids will be able to collect badges featuring these Poï’z once the last Terra Aventura treasure hunt hideout has been found!
Go on a Landes treasure hunt
Equipped with sturdy walking shoes, bring your smartphone. To take part in Terra Aventura courses, download the free app, choose the course you want and download the GPS information. Now you can let yourself be drawn into the adventure! Go to the start of the circuit and follow the steps as you solve the riddles. The right answers unlock the geographical coordinates of the various caches where the Poï’z are located. Then validate each clue found by entering the mystery word given to you. You’re all set for agreat time of relaxation with family and friends!
Terra Aventura courses in Les Landes
There are 34 Terra Aventura themed tours for the whole family to enjoy in the Landes region, from the Great Lakes of the Landes to the villages of Chalosse and the Pays d’Orthe and d’Armagnac, not forgetting the historic centers of Mont-de-Marsan and Dax… Among the many tours, head to Biscarrosse for an augmented reality tour to find out more about hydra-aviation.
Two cycling itineraries are also on offer: in the pine forest at Linxe and along the Adour at Josse. Between 5 and 10 riddles to solve, lasting from one to three hours.
